In July of 2000 I became a certified T'ai Chi Chih Instructor. T'ai Chi Chih is a form of Qigong developed by Justin Stone a T'ai Chi Ch'uan Master.

You may notice your physical balance has improved as well. Studies have shown that regular practice is good for bone density and May lower blood pressure and reduce pain.

When Justin returned from the orient in the early '70s he discovered most people in our culture didn't want to take the time to learn 108 movements and take two years to perfect T'ai Chi Chuan. So he decided to create a simpler form to enable anyone of any age or physical ability to learn. This made it possible for them to obtain the same wonderful benefits of T'ai Chi Chuan, which is the development and circulation of the bodies energies known as chi.
Regular practice helps the practitioner to come to a place of mindfulness bringing serenity and balance into their daily lives.
